Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

1. COD Availability Area

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for eligible orders within Shopian town limits, Jammu & Kashmir. COD availability may be restricted based on delivery location, order value, or operational considerations.

2. Order Confirmation Requirement

All COD orders may require confirmation through a phone call or message before dispatch. Failure to confirm the order within a reasonable timeframe may result in automatic cancellation.

3. Right to Refuse COD Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel COD orders at our sole discretion, including but not limited to:

  • Suspicious or unverifiable orders

  • Repeated order cancellations or refusals

  • Incomplete or incorrect customer details

4. Repeated Fake or Refused Orders

Customers who repeatedly place fake orders, refuse delivery, or fail to accept COD orders may have COD permanently disabled for their account or contact number.

This measure is taken to prevent misuse of services and operational losses.

5. Payment at the Time of Delivery

Customers opting for COD must ensure payment of the full order amount at the time of delivery. Partial payments are not accepted. Failure to make payment will result in order cancellation and may lead to restriction of future COD orders.
