Delivery services are strictly limited to Shopian town limits, Jammu & Kashmir. Orders placed with delivery addresses outside Shopian town limits are not eligible for delivery and may be automatically cancelled.
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided at checkout is accurate, complete, and falls within the serviceable delivery area. Any attempt to provide misleading or incorrect address information may result in order cancellation.
4. Delivery Charges and Distance Consideration
Delivery charges are determined based on the delivery location. Orders placed farther from the main town or central service area may attract additional delivery charges. Any increase or adjustment in delivery charges will be communicated to the customer before order dispatch or final confirmation.
By placing an order, the customer agrees that delivery charges are subject to variation based on distance and accessibility.

14.Barbecue Availability & Pricing
Barbecue items are available for ordering and delivery between 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM only, subject to availability. Prices follow the recommended shop rates and will be confirmed with the customer before purchase. The regular price is ₹50 final price may vary based on shop rates. Orders may be limited during peak hours, and customers will be informed of any changes.
15.Product Images & Descriptions
All product images displayed on the website are for illustration and reference purposes only. Actual products delivered may vary in appearance, including but not limited to packaging, color, size, brand, labeling, or presentation, depending on availability from local vendors or suppliers.
While we make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions and details are accurate, we do not guarantee that all information is complete, current, or error-free. Variations may occur due to differences in manufacturers, stock changes, or supplier substitutions.
Such variations shall not be considered a defect or grounds for refund or replacement, provided the product delivered is functionally equivalent and fit for consumption or use.

Customers may contact us to request products that are not listed on our website. Such requests are subject to availability and feasibility within the Shopian town area. We do not guarantee the availability of requested products and reserve the right to decline any request at our sole discretion.
Requested items that are locally available within Shopian town may be fulfilled in the usual delivery timeframe. However, items that are not readily available within Shopian town may require additional time for sourcing and may be subject to advance payment before processing.
Estimated delivery timelines for requested products are indicative only and may vary depending on supplier availability, logistics, and external factors. Delays arising from sourcing outside the local area shall not be considered a breach of service.
17.Extended Area Delivery
Extended Area Delivery applies to delivery locations outside Shopian town limits but within selected and limited surrounding areas. Availability of this delivery option is subject to location feasibility, accessibility, and operational capacity at the time of order review.
Orders placed under Extended Area Delivery may require additional delivery time and higher delivery charges compared to standard town delivery. The delivery charges displayed at checkout are indicative and may be revised upon order review, based on the exact delivery location and logistics involved. Customers will be informed of any such revision before order confirmation.
Extended Area Delivery orders may be treated as conditional orders and may remain unconfirmed until verified by us. We reserve the right to request full or partial advance payment before confirming such orders.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or modify any Extended Area Delivery order in cases including but not limited to location inaccessibility, safety concerns, weather conditions, supplier limitations, or operational constraints. Such refusal or cancellation shall not give rise to any claim for damages beyond refund of any advance payment made, in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Delivery timelines for Extended Area Delivery are approximate only and delays arising due to distance, sourcing, traffic, or external factors shall not be considered a breach of service.
