Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation

Orders once placed may be cancelled only before the order is confirmed or dispatched. Cancellation requests must be made immediately by contacting us through the provided communication channels.

Orders that have already been confirmed, processed, or dispatched cannot be cancelled, except where cancellation is required due to unavailability of items or operational issues from our side.

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion in cases including but not limited to incorrect pricing, stock unavailability, delivery constraints, or suspected misuse of services.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds shall be applicable only in the following cases:

  • Order cancelled by us due to non-availability of items

  • Advance payment made for an order that cannot be fulfilled

  • Incorrect or damaged item delivered, where reported within a reasonable time

Refunds will not be applicable in cases of:

  • Change of mind after order confirmation

  • Delay caused due to sourcing from outside Shopian town

  • Minor variations in packaging, brand, or appearance

  • Customer unavailability at the time of delivery

  • Orders refused at delivery without valid reason

3. Non-Refundable Orders

The following orders are non-refundable:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders once confirmed 

  • Special or requested items sourced on demand

  • Perishable or consumable goods

  • Orders cancelled after confirmation or dispatch

4. Refund Timelines

Where a refund is approved, it shall be processed within 5–7 business days from the date of approval. Actual credit time may vary depending on the payment method and banking channels.

5. Payment Method–Based Refunds

  • Online payments: Refunded to the original payment source

  • UPI/Bank transfer: Refunded to the same account

  • COD orders: No cash refunds; only applicable where advance payment was made

6. Advance Payments

Orders requiring advance payment, including special requests or items sourced from outside Shopian town, shall be processed only after payment confirmation. If such an order cannot be fulfilled, refunds shall be issued as per this policy.

7. Dispute Resolution

All refund and cancellation decisions made by us in accordance with this policy shall be final and binding. By placing an order, customers agree to abide by this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
