Delivery Coverage
We currently provide delivery services only within Shopian town limits, Jammu & Kashmir. Orders placed with delivery addresses outside the designated service area are not eligible for delivery and may be cancelled.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided at checkout is accurate, complete, and falls within the serviceable area.
2. Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are calculated based on the delivery location. Addresses located farther from the main town or central delivery area may attract additional delivery charges. Any applicable changes in delivery charges will be communicated to the customer before order dispatch or confirmation.
3. Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary depending on order volume, weather conditions, traffic, or other operational factors. We do not guarantee exact delivery times.
4. Failed or Missed Deliveries
If delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability, incorrect address details, or non-responsiveness, the order may be cancelled or rescheduled at our discretion.
5. Right to Refuse Delivery
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel delivery in cases where delivery is not feasible due to location constraints, safety concerns, or operational limitations.
6. Barbecue Availability & Pricing
Barbecue items are available for ordering and delivery between 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM only, subject to availability. Prices follow the recommended shop rates and will be confirmed with the customer before purchase. The regular price is ₹50 final price may vary based on shop rates. Orders may be limited during peak hours, and customers will be informed of any changes.
7. Advance Payment Requirement
Certain orders, including but not limited to special product requests, high-value items, bulk quantities, or products sourced from outside Shopian town, may require full or partial advance payment prior to order confirmation.
Advance payment is requested to cover sourcing and logistics costs and to prevent order misuse or cancellation after procurement. Orders requiring advance payment will be processed only after payment confirmation.
In cases where advance payment is made and the order cannot be fulfilled due to genuine unavailability, the amount paid shall be refunded in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Failure to complete advance payment within the specified time may result in automatic order cancellation.
